Ichigo Daifuku is one of Japanese sweets so traditional Japanese sweets. And it is spring sweets. In Japan, there are some seasonal sweets like Ichigo Daifuku. It is strawberry and bean paste in rice cake.
Strawberry is often used for the sweets. Above all, shortcake is popular sweets. It is a basic cake in the world. We often eat it. Strawberry is spring fruit. It is sweet-and-sour. Bean paste is popular stuff of Japanese sweets. We like eating it. It has a lot of kinds. Rice cake is traditional Japanese food. We eat rice cakes boiled with vegetables when we celebrate New Year’s Day.
